The new unit MGB sold to us never heated the house enough and the owner said that we couldn't expect it to heat it up more than 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature although everywhere I've lived has been able to heat a house very comfortably.  The owner was unresponsive to our calls after he had to come replace the thermostat of the new heating unit that they had just installed. The price had been a little higher than most others we checked, but a family member recommended MGB so we used them, it was a costly mistake, having to replace the unit just 1 month after the warranty was out.

Their tech was supposed to come in and give me an estimate on my a.c. unit repairs, but instead, he came in and did work on it without clearing it by me or even speaking to me first. When I asked them to come back and take their parts vack, because i did not want repairs, I wanted an estimate on replacing the unit, I got a series of rude voicemails and a bill for almost $500. 100% would not recommend this place, they do shoddy work and I'm extremely mad that they climbed up to my roof and worked on it without even running it by me!

I have used MGB at home and at work for many years. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC work.
