Do not use Total Homes if you do you will end up fixing their mistakes yourself or have to hire someone who is component enough to do the job right the first time. Tom the owner does not communicate with his foreman. They will reuse your old material, if it's a remodel, and try charge you for it. You will also have to make sure you have enough tools for Total Homes to borrow because they will not come prepared. They don't care about their customers. An example of this is they put drywall up on an exterior wall without insulation behind it. I asked the foreman if there was insulation behind the wall and he said yes there was.  I drilled a hole in the wall to see and there was nothing back there. I told the owner and he basically told me that's not my problem. He didn't care his guys just mindlessly put it up without informing the home owner(me) that there was no insulation behind the wall.
