Good service, great food. Mi Ranchito has a large menu compared to many places. Lots of lunches, dinners, combinations, and more. I had 3 crispy tacos (2 beef, 1 chicken) with rice & beans. All the food seemed... light, compared to many Tex-Mex places. My family suspects it has less fat or lard. I thought maybe less salt, too. It was plenty of food, but it doesn't seem to sit so heavily in my stomach. Taco meats were very flavorful and juicy. Chicken was chunks of white meat. Taco shells softened and fell apart -- just use your fork! Rice was soft & fluffy, beans smooth and delicious. I have a VERY mild palate, and none of this was too hot for me! I could go on, but just go here and see for yourself.

There was a young man that was working the cashier. He was very kind and had such wonderful interactions with all of the customers. Food was great and came out fast!

Went to lunch with my girlfriend and took advantage of there lunch menu at which was very good we arrived around 2 30 which was the end of the lunch crowd and where the last customers there at which time I noticed a large guy in the corner of my eye trying to punch me in the head while setting down eating my food while several restaurant employees were holding him back sending him into the kitchen, I was approached by a couple of the staff members apologizing for his actions and telling me that he has mental issues and that everything thing would be ok and he wouldn't bother us anymore but it wasn't more then 10 minutes when the guy came out of the kitchen straight at me at which I had to immediately stand up so not to be attacked while setting down not knowing what he would do to me I had to tell him to stand back from me when he startted to yell back at me looking as he wanted to physically attack me and once again he was escorted away from two of his Co workers at which my girlfriend grabbed me and said we we're living and we left not believing what had just happened and I wanted to call the police but didn't because there was not any physical harm to either one of us. Scary situation and will not go back.

My wife and I visit this little place at least a couple times a month and have never been disappointed. The food is routinely very good and is inexpensive. Great lunch menu. Doesn't look like much but a very satisfying little restaurant.

Excellent service, stopped by several times with a smile. Excellent food: delicious beans, rice, and salsa...chips very light and crispy. Excellent experience overall
