We are a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant specializing in Vietnamese fusion foods. We feed you what we like to eat. We make all our food from scratch. There's no msg in our foods. We are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly.

Our VB@UNT location is our test concept that we hope to prove that Vietnamese food can find success in mainstream America next to all the Chipotles, Jimmy Johns and Potbellys, etc. Why not? Fresh, healthy and fast. That's a recipe for success!

If you happen to visit when they have enough staff present it’s really good. I’ve had good service here, poor service here, and a couple times where we ended up leaving before even placing an order. When it’s good it’s great though. Not terribly child friendly. Kinda dirty a lot of the time.

I placed an order by phone for the location on Hickory. After I arrived, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. No problem! I paid and gave a 15% tip despite it being a pick-up order. Only one person was in the restaurant who ordered at the register ahead of me. He received his to-go order and left, which I found strange since I had ordered ahead of time. I waited for another 25 minutes as others came, ordered, and left. Eventually I stepped up to the to-go area and asked about my order. They pointed me to the line of four people, which I waited in - again, and asked for my order. Despite calling out both to-go and dine-in orders for everyone else at the counter my order had been sitting growing cold behind the register. I had to convince them I'd already paid - and left a tip - and finally got my food. I get home and I have no bean sprouts, no sauces, no flatware, and three sad pathetic pieces of tofu in my tofu pho. I will NOT be coming here again and I recommend you don't either.

It is hard to find vegan pho, so I really appreciate this place. Not only does it have vegan options, but they are scrumptious!!! They give you large portions for the price.

First and foremost...CURRY FRIES. I know that fries probably aren't the reason you're going to a Vietnamese place but not getting an order (or five) of them would be a horrible mistake. The fries are delicious, crispy, and seasoned perfectly; the dip was amazing as well. Anyway...the atmosphere is really nice. Unpretentious and quiet. As for the rest of the food, I got the pho/bahn mi combo; I got brisket and rare steak for the pho and it was good. It was pretty much what you'd expect. The broth seemed a tiny bit bland to me, but I eat everything abnormally spicy so it's most likely just because I didn't get spicy broth and load it up with my typical gratuitous helpings of chili oil and hoisin. I got tofu for the bahn mi and it was really great. The combo makes for the perfect lunch: tasty, filling, AND affordable. A friend of mine got green curry and they seemed to enjoy it...it smelled really good and looked like you'd expect. My partner got the vermicelli bowl and they really liked it as well. I'd recommend this place for sure. It's the perfect place to stop for lunch and I definitely plan on making this a regular stop whenever I'm out and about in Denton.
