Authentic northern Chinese noodle, xi'an style, a little expensive compared with LA similar restaurant, 40$ for 2 including tax here, but 25$ would be absolutely enough for the same amount food at LA. Note that I am newly move to Seattle area from LA, the taste here is good anyway~

One of the most authentic Chinese noodle place in Bellevue! Their 3 in 1 noodle and lamb noodle soup are delicious!

Their food quality is below average. Might as well just make instant noodle, since their food is so plain and unimpressive. But if you are too busy to make instant noodle, you can give them a try.

Ordered lamb soup which cost 10.99，and it taste just like water - absolutely no lamb flavor at all. The lamb meat in the soup has a strange purple-blueish color, looks totally disgusting. Called manager for complaint, she admitted it was the chief's fault but refused to give any discount. This place does not deserve another visit.
