Our Founder, Matt Jabbour, has created all the flavor profiles for Garlic Crush himself. He learned and was informally trained by his parent’s traditional home cooking. The Garlic Crush menu is cooked to order, affordable and convenient. We offer traditional Mediterranean and authentic Middle Eastern flavors including a variety of salads, tasters, sandwiches, gyros, kebabs and vegetarian choices.
