Miami Kiteboarding offers kiteboarding lessons & rental, paddleboards, and kayak rental in the Key Biscayne area. As a premium IKO-affiliated kitesurfing center, we are proud to have been established in 2001 as the best spot to learn kiteboarding in shallow water. Contact us today for more information!

Mission

Promote & develop kiteboarding by teaching novices safe methods to become independant, organizing events for the kiters community, Training of IKO Instructors to help the sport growing safely in the long term.

Seems like a great spot for Kiting. But if you come here be prepared to pay $$$ to kite, EVEN WITH YOUR OWN GEAR. Although this is a state park, we were told by the guys in the shop that there is a County day pass fee of $40 to kite here... Which is collected by the shop of course. They had zero documentation of said fee and we could find nothing online. They referred us to their own website which does state something about a $10 fee. 
Seems like quite  a racket to me. What a sham!

The organisation was perfect, everything was planned two weeks before our arrival and went according the plan. There was no wind one day, but they organized a lesson with boat and some hours were rescheduled. We got all equipment we needed and was in good shape. The instructors and all staff is very friendly and helpful. There was only one thing we didn't like much, we had 5 days of lessons, but we had 3 different instructors, we would have preferred having only one, but I guess everybody prefers something else. We really like Raul's way of teaching. I recommend this school, the place is beautiful and ideal for learning.

I love the instructors and team at Miami Kiteboarding! They are patient and extremely well trained.  You will not find a better Shop or training team than those at Miami Kiteboarding.  Start NOW you will love it!

Excellent experience overall.  The entire team is very professional.  The system they use is great as it allows you to go through the different learning stages as quickly as possible.  Being such a challenging sport in the beginning umthis is crucial to avoid frustration.  

Franco has always been helpful and is very focus on making sure you are making the right progress.  They are also very honest when there is not going to be wind for you to avoid spending time in the water without progress.

I took classes with Lionel and Kevin, both are highly recommended.

Best Kiteboarding spot in Florida, run by respectful, well trained, certified and fully professional staff. Doesnt get any better than this. Flats, Waves, Beautiful Scenery and located right in heart of Miami a work class destination city🏄
