My spouse went twice to this station to report his vehicle brakein . They had stolen some companies item, and some paper documents, no one at the front desk could help him, they told him to go to the central station, but he was advised 22 Flagler was are station. But we went to Central station in downtown Miami and I have to say if you want good service go to downtown they will help you no matter what. I have a lot of respect for the police officer. you have know no idea. I feel you guys are getting paid less and you are risking your life. They are some officer were the uniform as a shield and act like you are the law !!!! And its sad. thank you for your services Am one lady that had pay lunch for a group officer that was eating La Camaronera .. (*_*)

Spoke to an Offr. Dueñez at dispatch for a disturbance in my neighborhood,  between 4 and 5am, Tuesday morning. When I called back the second time to update the possible location of the disturbance,  he seemed annoyed that I was calling again. When the noises and such escalated, I called a third time, and told him he needed to get the car out there asap. His answer was "Sir, if the car has not arrived yet, that's not my problem". OFFR. DUEÑEZ should be FIRED. You don't need staff like that in dispatch,  when car honking, arguing, and thumping noises, could escalte to screaming, crashing sounds, and gunfire. Learn to get officers to noise complaints qwicker, to avoid tragedies. SMDH.

I don't know what precinct is responsible for the Police force in "The Roads" area last night, but if it was this one, KUDOS!  Was very nice to see the mingling of trick-or-treaters and officers last night.  Thank you for keeping them safe! :)

Visited this branch today and attending officer was incredibly nice. She listened to me patiently, was very polite in turn, and provided me with the proper information regarding how to solve neighbor dispute/public nuisance issue. I left feeling very hopeful as a result of my interaction with the officer. It was a very positive experience.
