I had an amazing experience at this store yesterday, and really want to take the opportunity to thank Shang Yi for how kind and helpful she was. The store was having a large sale, and she was very helpful in helping me figure out the rather complicated pricing. She is a wonderful example of great customer service, showing a personal interest in the client and ensuring I felt valued as a customer. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience and for being so delightfully positive! Will shop here again!

I’m shocked by the terrible reviews in customer service. I was at this location in April. I enjoyed every employee there. It was busy, I had no idea what I wanted, and was there for about an hour. I was undecided what I was going to get my older teen girls. All were great helping me through the process of great deals. In fact, I will travel 3 1/2 hours this week to see what Christmas gifts I can find.

Awful awful awful. Manager heather is a horrible person and incredibly rude! Had issues returning something that was on the bag when i bought it that way. (I would never use a pen near a bag). In the end, I got a exchange but not before her nasty attitude about how I had to get something within the day or next two days.Kept giving me looks as I was looking making me feel incredibly uncomfortable! She was rude to me from beginning to end. I love MK but not this location as much.

WORST customer service ever! They are rude and racist! They do not treat black customers the same as white customers. Came in to do a return and they treated my mother as though she had stolen something and was trying to return it. Then to make it worse when we were in line the associate was trying to help the customer behind us because she was buying something. I WILL NEVER spend another dollar here. Wish I could give them negative starts.

The worst customer service experience in my life. Don't shop at this store, let them go out of business because it's what they deserve. My foot will never stand in that store again. I will never spend a dollar in this location.

I went to resize the watch I got there. They scratched the watch while adjusting it. When I went back to show it, they said I made the scratches. Although the scratches were symmetric on every piece of the bracelet. It would be impossible to accidentally made such perfect identical scratches. I have not worn the watch because it was too big, yet they didn't believe me and insisted I did it. 

The manager didn't even bother to come out and tell me in person why they can't replace my watch. 

I can't believe the way I was treated at this store. 

AVOID THIS PLACE !
