I got a bra fitting a couple of days ago, and the service was amazing. I've had fittings done in the past at Victoria's Secret, and the sizing was off and the staff was rude. The employee that fitted me was a delight and very helpful. I will definitely be returning here. :)

I went in for a bra fitting and to purchase some bras. When I walked in, two older ladies were working, one even walked right past me, and both ignored me. I waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were servicing someone else. While I was waiting to be helped, two more ladies walked in and they were ignored as well. After a little bit I approached one of the ladies who ignored me the first time I said excuse me. She acknowledged me with out turning around, then I asked for a fitting. The lady did not want me to take off the layers of shirts I had on and measured me 3 times bigger than what I was. When I mentioned to her what my band size and cup size was 2 month prior, she kind of got snarky and said, "look at the tape, that's what it says!" I told her there was no way that my band size went up 3 sizes in two month and I lost weight. She was insistent that i was wrong and told me to go try on the selection she picked. The bra was definitely designed for a much older lady than myself but I tried it on and it fit like one of those 90's tank tops. When I changed back and came out she asked how it fit. I told her, "like a t-shirt, can we please try (this) size. She kind of got an attitude and gave me a size I thought would fit and it did. When I showed her the fit she did apologize, all she said was, "well, we just never know." Then she was trying to sell me the same "grandma" bras I told her I didn't like. I left without purchasing anything because I was so turned off by the bad service I received from the clerks. I would go here again because they do sell the stockings I like but I will not purchase anything when the one clerk is working. Shame on them!

Staff was extremely helpful. The store manager was great and helped me find everything I needed!
