The food is extremely good, but service is seemingly poor. We had a reservation for 5 at noon and were seated promptly. It took over 15 minutes to be given menus and to take our drink orders. Our waitress seemed overworked, disappearing for large swaths of time. She didn't hear my order right and took a long time for simple requests like "can you bring us more honey mustard". I know it's not common to bring children here but we didn't have a choice...I figured that they would want to get us out of their hair faster due to that fact but nope. Slow as molasses. Don't come here if you aren't ok with a leisurely pace. It would have been nice to be given refills more often as well. For the qualify of the food, the price is fair. The crab soup is excellent.

Michael's had been around for a long time, food and service is always at the top of their game. Great crab cakes. Multiple areas for setting, that should meet the expectations of any one looking for the right environment for dinning out.

We visited for restaurant week and wow we were blown away!! Service, Food all of it was awesome. Nicole was our bartender and she was great. We have some friends coming into town and this is the spot we are going to take them.

Great appetizers.  We went here with a large group (13) and were very happy with the food and the service. The ahi tuna appetizer is awesome. The filet and crab cake entrees were very nice. Will definitely go back to Michael's Cafe.

Great food. You have to try Crab Cake! Bit expensive but food taste and quality is what you pay for.
