Just moved to Cali. The store has a good selection but my experience with Sandi the cashier was awful. First, they have fidget spinners located right to the right of the bags, next to the bags. As Sandi was bagging my daughter reached to the spinners and was sharply rebuked and swatted away by Her. I forgot my wallet in the car and sent my daughter to get It, I apologized and offered to move but she hastily told me she was stuck waiting for me. When my daughter brought it in a whopping 30 seconds later I again apologized but was only met with the demand to put the chip in the machine. Terrible customer service. I'll drive out of my way to get to a different one from here on out.

I go to Michael's for convience, I do prefer Hobby Lobby.  Today dealing with continuous questions of what I plan to do with my purchases was irritating. My preference for Hobby Lobby got stronger.

People are fun and bubbly. Their staff is knowledgeable about their products. They have classes and discount programs too.

Super nice staff that knows that whole store some how. They have it all there. Great coupons and saving always available.
