I have purchased several used and new desks (at least 4 total workstations), filing cabinets etc., and everything has been great!  Terrific service, good quality!  Would also go here first to looks for my office furniture value.

I recently purchased a used office set at the New Berlin store.  It is sturdier and has more features than the stuff built today and was about 1/4 the price.  The sales staff is extremely helpful and the delivery crew was careful and very experienced.  As the set is very large and had to go around corners and down stairs, it was not an easy installation - but, they did a great job.  They also have an Illinois location where they can look for just what you need.
