Horrible experience! Our sign was suppose to be up three weeks ago from the original date we agreed but our sign is still not up. It's been so difficult trying to contact Rob. He does not pick up the phone. Tried leaving voicemails for call back but never has he called back once. Yesterday he was suppose to come in to finish our sign at 3:00pm, but he didn't show up until 5:30 and we close at 6:00 pm. I came in the next day hoping our sign would be up and done, but he only finished two letters! I still cannot get a hold of him. He doesn't pick up his calls. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never ORDER FROM ROB or this store. So unprofessional!

I have been using National Sign and Design for many years. I have always received great service and a quality product. My projects have ranged anywhere from window decals to trade show graphics. I strongly recommend them for your signage needs!
