Reasonable priced tires if you're just purchasing tires and not getting them mount and balanced

Friend of mine took a car to this location with a complaint of a shaking steering wheel only at certain speeds took over an hour for a certified tech to figure out that a 2007  sedan needed all new suspension parts which was an over estimated  amount of money (thousands of dollars)
I personally took the car to my dealership to properly find out in a matter of minutes that a tire with a broken belt was causing the vibration in the steering wheel.
I wouldn't recommend anyone getting service here. i don't like seeing people screwed over out of money and I understand things happen and misjudgements will happen but to openly lie to a customer is not okay. I'd rather them be honest and find the real problems.
P.s. the problem was fixed with a brand new tire not an entire set of bushings for the car.
