I was driving and a student driver thought she could make a left hand turn but she didn't have enough time. She panicked and halfway through the turn decided to stop and collided with my car. I had no idea what to expect. I've never taken anyone to court or anything. I couldn't work so I needed to figure out what I was going to do. Jeffrey Bussell was the first one who helped me from Michigan Auto Law. He was super helpful. Told me everything I needed to do as far as calling the car insurance company and getting a claim going. I had no idea about any of that but Jeff made it easy. Then Robert Raitt and Alison Duffy took over my case and everything started rolling. They pretty much handled everything for me. They were very informative. Any questions my wife and I had, they were right there to answer us. We were treated very well and would definitely recommend this place to anybody else.

My wife and I were stopped waiting for a car a head of us to make a right hand turn and a kid came through the green light and by the time we turned around, we stopped and he couldn't. We had two different insurance adjusters and when they realized this was going to be a long term medical issue, we waited for more than six weeks to hear back from one of the adjusters. When I finally called, I found out she wasn't with the company any more, and then I couldn't get any returned calls. By then there were four weeks left before the one year date to file a lawsuit for my No fault benefits. The insurance company kept delaying getting an adjuster to help us so at that point, I knew I needed an attorney to represent us. And for all that time, they paid very little of our medical expenses, which were high. I found Michigan Auto Law online and chose this firm because of all of the great things other people in our shoes said about their service. Our case started with Jordan Jones. He began the lawsuit for us. We liked him very much. He listened to everything that was going on and ran with the case, working so our insurance company would provide us with benefits. From there, Josh Terebelo took over our case. We like him very much too. He's done a wonderful job in representing us. He shows an interest in his clients and we like that he's very straightforward. There's no guessing in what he's trying to tell you and what he's doing with our case. Since we are not attorneys, that was very important. He always made himself available. Even when he was in court, if I e-mailed him or called him, he would send me a text and let me know what was going on. Josh is truly a pleasure to work with. He's very good at what he does in representing car accident victims and he knows the laws.

I liked the fact that the process of what was happening step by step was explained to me as I went through it with my lawyer Jordan. He was very professional and I felt confident that he and the whole firm had my best interest in mind. My case was handled in a way where I didn't feel like I was making the firm money. They were here to help me recover after my car accident.

I was treated like family by my attorneys and the whole staff. It was also a comfortable and very professional environment for me. That was very important to me because i had all of these injuries from my car accident. I also really liked that i could always get a hold of my attorneys whenever i needed. My questions were always answered and i felt like i was their priority. I definitely would recommend this company.

The people at Michigan Auto Law are knowledgable and understanding. I was in two car accidents and my attorneys Bob and Alison were always here for me. If I emailed, even on a Saturday or Sunday, they responded to any questions that I had. I really liked the fact that I could contact them whenever I needed. They both were personable and knowledgable. I've already told other people about the nice way they treated me. Also I'm extremely happy with my settlement. This is a great, understanding firm and I felt very comfortable here, especially since it was my first time dealing with lawyers.
