Many of my cases involve people who are hurt while also on the job, and as a result, I’ve now worked with many workers compensation lawyers around Michigan for the past two decades. Having worked with so many workers comp lawyers, this law firm truly stands out. Alex Berman, Jeff Kaufman, Dennis Morse and the other attorneys here do a terrific job of returning phone calls and taking care of people. In a difficult area of law where many other work comp lawyers are notorious among lawyers for never returning phone calls, Alex and the other lawyers at the firm certainly don't take that route with their clients. These lawyers have been practicing only workers comp law for more than 30 years, and it shows in their results. Alex and Jeff both stand out to me as patient, respectful and kind to clients, and I see this firsthand. Questions are always fully answered. This is a law firm with tremendous institutional knowledge on how work comp works in Michigan. These lawyers care, and they get great results. They are universally respected – and it is deserved.

As i went into what i thought was clear cut workers comp case i was shocked at the audacity of my team orientated employer " JOKE". i was told that Alex Beerman had the best warriors in the state. I had heard it all before , i thought they will do what they need to do to get their money WRONG! I spoke with Jeff Kauffman and right away i felt he was gonna be ok. as time went by bills piled up house in foreclosure almost . Jeff was very straight with me he never lied to me or sugar coated anything. When i called he would return my calls even after he was at a family members funeral. i watched as this young man took the reigns and got us to where we needed to be his focus was amazing. he always had a plan. He was patient with me he cared. I would recommend Jeff to anyone needing legal guidance.. In closing all i can say is to be patient Jeff is in control. He is truly a fantastic workers comp attorney.Jeff i give you many accolades.
