Case workers never answer phones, return calls or respond to letters. Best bet is, none of them know how to do their job. Seems like every worker is on permanent vacation. Biggest waste of tax payer dollars.

I dk what they doing up there at this office but it sure aint working. You can never get through to a worker & when you do get through they ask you to leave a message and then even still they dont return calls in a timely manner or sometimes dont return calls at all for that matter. Very unprofessional and unorganized

My case worker shuts off my FAP every other month and makes me reapply,  it's pure BS.

Most rude social worker iv ever had very mean refused to return my calls and just canceled my case for no reason I had to start all over and I finally got approval after two months of trying and it’s been weeks and the cards still haven’t come in the mail I’m sick and disabled and they don’t care. What are they even here for 😡

My worker refused to fix my hours for child care so I'm left paying out of pocket. She outright called me a scam artist. I'm just so appalled. They don't treat you like human beings.
