Staff was friendly and professional. Never had an unusually long wait or any problems with insurance and billing. We went in twice -- once to get a cast and later to have it removed. Very much appreciated the office contacting my daughter's school with her restrictions so I didn't have to drive back to get it.

Dr. Placzek was fine as is the PA but you better know how to read your explanation of benefits. The office staff tried to charge me $500 worth of insurance adjustments. They insisted the balance was mine and made NO effort to clear up the differences.  It took me 10 minutes on the phone  to clear this balance. Know your benefits before you go and watch your EOB closely.

Zero Stars.  Arrogant and mean, so-so surgeon.  Dr. Guiboux refused to accept that I had scar tissue 3 months after a trigger finger release and say it was a disease, which was proven wrong by another Dr. The office billing practices are horrendous.  There are many other decent doctors you can go see for treatment.

If he wasn't an excellent Dr we wouldn't return. Office staff is rude, took 5 hours for staff to return phone call following post op surgical complaint of pain out of control, then stated we would have to wait until the following day to pick up a new medication because they were closing

Cost of having a splint put on a finger was $1100 for literally 20 minutes of time with a doctor. If you don’t have full coverage insurance I would recommend someone cheaper. I’m left holding a MASSIVE bill.
