I had my windshield replaced last week, the service department was friendly, drivers lounge was decent. They were quick, but I got a day down the road and hit a rain storm, water started coming in from the top of my windshield, I called them and told them, they called me back and were very rude, saying I saw your old one had been leaking what do you want us to do about it? Well first off my old one didn’t leak, I will swear to that and second off you replaced it, so I would like it done correct. I will not be going back to any kenworth that can’t stand behind the work they perform

sold me a bad alternator which caused my truck to overcharge I replaced it on the road with another  alternator and they wouldn't warranty it because I didn't buy the new alternator from them.
