I had the opportunity and the privilege to hear Steve speak at a recent conference  regarding traumatic brain injury.  Steve was one of the most informative and dynamic speakers at the conference.  Steve not only demonstrated his knowledge of the medicine and the law but also his compassion for  representing survivors of traumatic brain injury.  Steve’s presentation alone, made the 6 hour trip worth the time and investment.

After hearing Mr. Gursten speak about the dangers of distracted driving, I am inspired to make changes immediately. I have already installed apps on my phone to protect my family when I am driving, but will encourage others to do the same.  Mr. Gursten's presentation was informative, influential and jaw dropping.  I am so pleased that we had him speak to our parent group to help end distracted driving.  I am now completely aware of how we all spend so much time driving under many influences and how we can make the change!

My eyes are opened about the real cost of distracted driving after hearing an informative talk by Steven. He presented facts in a way I could relate and I found myself planning changes even before he finished his presentation. One big take away for me is that it starts with the parents. We need to model the behavior for our children--if I text and drive or fiddle with my phone or enter an address in Waze or chat on the phone--my kids will likely do the same. It's only been one day--but I know I'll be safer and my kids will be safer after Steven's passionate, smart, digestible, presentation.

I have had the privilege of working with attorney Steve Gursten on several high profile trucking crash cases.  In addition, I have seen him speak all over the country on many topics having to do with the successful handling and trial of car and truck accident cases.  Steve is one of the smartest and most talented lawyers in the country and an amazing business man.  He always gets top dollar for his clients and the insurance companies know it.  I highly recommend Steve and the lawyers at Michigan Auto Law.
