Sold me a computer that was supposed to have a Nvidia graphic card... Turns out.. I bring it home... It has a uhd Intel video card... This would be fine, if they didn't turn me away from a cheaper computer l, with the same graphics... For a computer that was supposed to be "much better because it has a Nvidia graphics card, independent of the processor." what a bunch of crooks! I'm in contact with Microsoft, luckily I only bought the computer 5 days ago... Check your hardware when you buy from here!!

Lots of gaming demos to try, including PCs and Xbox One demos. Most locations offer VR demos with the HTC Vive as well as the Windows MR Headsets. The Freehold store isn't really busy so they normally have quick service times.

Asked a salesman Satchel to purchased Halo Wars 2 for my PC with Windows 10.  He handed me the Microsoft Fastcard, so I purchased that game for 59.99 and 64.11 with tax.  After redeeming the code, the game indicated it does not work on this PC..  I have a very updated Lenovo Erazer gaming PC.  Called Microsoft, online sales and technician indicated it will not work and requested me to bring it back to the store for a FULL Refund since my purchase is not on the system.  It needs to be on a system for a refund.  Went back to the store, sales rep tried to install it, and it did not work.  Manager indicated that you need a Xbox One to redeem it and then it can be played on a PC.    The manager said NO refund need to contact Microsoft Corp.  The card DOES NOT have any warning besides Xbox One and Windows 10 compatible.    This is getting ridiculous!!!!  And I cant believe this is happening from a large company like Microsoft?!?    Is this STEALING from Microsoft??   Cant play the game but Im stuck with it, I redeem it so it will not work for others?  They should hand out a CD version as well as a download so it can be given to others.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!    Someone should sue this company for fraud!!!
