Everyone was friendly, and Max the store manager made sure I left satisfied when I came in with a device issue.

Max, the manager at the store, took good care of me when I needed my Surface Pro updated to Windows 10. Thanks to the team at Lakeside for making that happen!

I have learned to use window 10 at Microsoft store and it was really fun to use and I really happy for Mr Tom for letting us use his computers​ and teach us how to do things with the computers​ I hope we can do that for the new wise guys​ this year and hope that we can still see you really soon Mr Tom and thanks for everything you do for us hope you have a great day and we will see you later 💙

I'm impressed with the class that Mr. Tom showed. Before we took a class I called the Microsoft store and then I went to see Mr. Tom and he and Ms. Ha have accepted that they can schedule for 60 min class. As we get to the class, we learned about Windows 10: Cortana, adding desktops and new search on the taskbar. Finally we've learned that Microsoft Word can use: resumes, and flyers for projects to work on, and can even send it to someone who can edit from phone as well.
