Great store. Staff is friendly and efficient. Found exactly what I needed after searching for hours. Unfortunately had to return item, had nothing to do with store, just wasn't the right fit for me, but the return process was simple and quick. Staff was amazing through entire process.

Although there is a big abundance of fine quality items, I find that the household decor and kitchen and china items (Floor #3) are abundantly overpriced. Nowadays, its better to go to Target or search online. But first, visit Dillards to get ideas and to see the items in person.

I used to love collards. Now; they just lost my business. I made a purchase the evening before while I was out of town. When I got up the next morning and pulled tags ready to wash the clothing when I realized it was the wrong size. I put the tags and receipt together for the items I NEVER wore to return to my local dillards. They refused the return stating it was worn. I NEVER even put it on. There is absolutely no stains or anyrhing. What I have is exactly how I purchased it. The manager of lingerie was rude and disrespectful and refused the retun. I was ready to spend more money than my original purchase. Now, I will NEVER so business with Diallards again. Terrible customer service. Buyers beware. Nothing in their policy states it cannot be returned to a different location. In fact everything is within the policy. I have the tags. They are unused and the receipt shows it was purchased less than 24 hours ago. This is the worst customer service and what used to be a favorite for my lingerie needs just permanently lost my business. Waste of time, money and gas.
