I wish I could give this place negative stars. 

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. More like an hourly motel that is also a shelter. As soon as my family walked in the room we knew something was wrong. The pillows looked like they were slept on and upon further inspection the bed sheets were dirty and stained. As we looked around the room more you could see the dirt and grim everywhere. The bathroom towels even had lipstick on them. The cushions for the chair and couch like thing by the window was stained to the point that I wouldn’t even place a garbage bag on them. To give the hotel/motel/homeless shelter the benefit of doubt, we asked to switch rooms and the second one was even worse. 
When we went to check out, the annoyed desk attendant was unapologetic and seemed like she did this a lot. I should have known better when we checked in and she said “what do you guys want”. 
I guess I should just be thankful that we didn’t catch anything from walking around the place.

Great people work there,  very friendly. Hotel needs some work though. Stayed there for 2 months. Elevators kept breaking down. Pool had a lot if floating debris. Close to trees, and pines. A cage would be a simple fix. But again I say the staff was wonderful, they were very helpful, and thoughtful

rooms are very small but clean. breakfast is very basic. fine for passing through. not the cheapest place.

Dirty sheets. Horrible service from the staff. Actually, no service from the staff. Rude. When told we had dirty sheets in our room they made no apology, no concession, no nothing. We had to switch rooms, and it was treated as if it was an inconvenience to them. So sorry if we wanted to sleep in a bed with clean sheets.

This is easily (and it’s not even close) the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I understand the price is cheaper than the surrounding hotels, but that doesn’t justify not cleaning your rooms, and having a staff who literally doesn’t care about anything.

When we saw the brown stains all over our sheets my wife called the front desk to see what could be done. The phone rang literally 50 times. After no one answered my wife went down to the front desk to discover the employee making a dum dum candy tree. She was sitting right by the phone! Answer it! This employee honestly should be terminated along with the entire staff. It’s ridiculous. Wyndham actually has a great brand reputation, but if they allow hotels like this to exist that brand won’t remain.

My recommendation. Fire the entire staff, get people in there who care. Clean the damn place, and read your reviews because we’re all saying the same thing. We’re not the first person complaining about cleanliness, and we’re not the first complaining about your staff.

Location was not the greatest, breakfast was ok, staff was friendly but the room smelled like someone had been smoking there and something was done to mask the smell. It seemed clean, but we saw a cockroach in our room and one of the walls had some weird little brown stains.
