I was referred to this agency from a friend. I was a walk-in and needed help with health care. When I sat with the gentleman (Ryan I believe was his name) he did not seem to have much interest in helping me. He took few notes in regard to my situation and said he would look into it and give me a call. When he called back he said one option would be All Kids (which is what my children lost as coverage). He suggested I call health alliance because that is my current provider. I explain to him in person that I had my coverage through the private market place and acts where I needed to get their insurance. So, needless to say when I called health alliance they said I had to do it through the private. WHICH IS WHY I WENT IN THERE. FOR HELP WITH THAT SPECIFICALLY. I could understand if maybe he didn't specialize is this area and that fine but he could have simply stated that and directed me in the right direction. Instead he made no further effort to help or direct me on the right place. I was not happy with my experience there nor will I return or request a friend or family member to go there.
