I've had the privilege of being a Teller Supervisor, and I can say; These tellers do very well for being shorthanded. What I have seen and experienced is when you become short staffed, the customers tend to get impatient, (understandably so), but when they take it out on a teller, it makes for a hard day, after so many complaints in a day it does get hard to keep a smile on your face.  The Tellers at Mid Missouri do a fast and proficient job handling my transactions, and do very well at making me feel welcome and important, despite the hurdles of being short handed. Also, I have taken notice that they are working hard at getting the the positions filled with a few new smiling faces, which has enhanced my banking experience.

if you like a teller that always has a scowl and quick to roll their eyes at any request you may make, then this is the bank for you!  Mrs. Franklin is the rudest most unprofessional person that i have ever dealt with, she is over the tellers. witch explains why u get the service that they offer. if you ever have an issue, you will not get them to give you the name of their superior, just lots of bragging about her experience. witch doesn't Intel a smile or pleasant customer service. it just isn't her nature. she has been in service to long and become sour. as you know 1 sour person will rub off on the others.  at the least let me say  very,very, very unpleasant place to do business, at least threw the drive threw and tellers area!  a pleasant smile instead of being so defensive will make a customer witch in turn helps provide a pay check.
