Made the drive to Grandview from Seattle and it was worth the trip. The staff here is terrific. Everyone we met with was friendly and courteous. Not once did we feel pressure to make a deal. Every question was answered honestly and directly. Every concern addressed without making us feel like it was a hassle. The level of honesty and integrity at this dealership is the best we have ever experienced. The sales staff knew exactly what we wanted and didn't press an up-sell. They simply worked to deliver exactly what we asked for at the best deal possible. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were in need of a used Dodge Grand Caravan so we went to see Edgar at Mid Valley. We couldn't be happier with our interactions with Edgar. He took extra time to answer all our questions, even staying late past normal business hours. Very kind and helped us make this big decision without the pressure you normally get when buying a car. I would recommend asking for Edgar if you are looking for another vehicle. He will find what you need and keep you happy during the process!

*Poor customer service* Went to check out a newer pickup and the salesman questioned my "readiness" and "interest" in purchasing the vehicle. Are you kidding me? I then informed him that I came all the way down from yakima (after work) to see this truck. He then accused me of just wanting to drive a newer vehicle!! So then I said I would take my business elsewhere and he started apologizing and tried to get me to stay. Long story short; do not even deal with these people. Very unprofessional and rude. If I could give them 0 stars I would....
