My family was traveling from Florida to Fort Reiley Kansas and back to Florida all while towing a car on a trailer. Said trailer demolished a bearing while passing Kansas City so we called TD of Kansas City. They invited us over. Although they didn’t have the man power or the right replacement tools they did let my father and I borrow all the tools we needed to get back on the road. Thank you guys!

Great service and easy to work with. They have tons of trailers in stock to choose from at great prices. And if for some reason your trailer gets damaged they can fix them right there in the shop. Great guys to work with and will definitely be buying more trailers from them in the future.

I wish I could give zero Stars. I brought a small trailer to have a new axle put on. The spring hangers were done wrong by truck and trailer of Independence Missouri but they wasn't pointed out to me. The axle was pre-made so it's causing my trailer tires to tow out.
Bottom line is they're not professionals.
Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and get it done right because they only want to make excuses and not stand behind their work.
Plus they told me it wasn't their job to point out anything that I just wanted a new axle. Well I wanted it done right.
Go there at your own risk. It's money down the drain for me.
Now it's going to cost me a more  money to get their work fixed. Good luck if you go there.

These guys are fantastic very friendly very helpful they even stayed way past closing while I got money together for a trailer just to help me out and sell it to me I won't go anywhere else for accessories or maintenance or trailers period! If only every business maintained the same level of service as these guys do it would be a completely different world we live in!
