I've had work done on my car on 3 different occasions. Every time these people have been forthright & honest with any diagnostics & then very quickly got my vehicle back on the road, on two occasions for less than the original quote. My Dad & I are very happy with all the work done & have no reason to go elsewhere. It's a refreshing change to find an honest group of people who don't try to take advantage of customers who are not mechanically minded..I would definitely recommend them.

Russ and his team have always given my family a square deal and repairs that stay fixed. Love that they will take a conservative approach in getting you back on the road without your needing a 2nd mortgage to cover the tab—too often the scenario at dealerships.

Came in just now to have them replace my brake light that I couldn't get out. I called first and I think it may have been the owner our manager who came out and did it quickly and didn't even charge me and instead encouraged me to just come back to get my oil changed here. Definitely will, found my car repair place in Medford!

Top notch service and a fair price, which is extremely rare with mechanics these days. Won't take my car anywhere else!

Professional, intelligent & caring owners- strive to repair your vehicle for the best price possible. I was treated with respect, informed on repairs and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else for car repair! Cannot recommend enough!
