DENISE in Psych. ER is a horrible nasty woman. She should be fired.  Treats people like animals.

Lady at the front desk (Denise I think her name is) is a stubborn old lady who clearly hates working with public. She was so rude. Even on the phone when you call she won't give you time to talk and just transfers you to a automatied line, hire some friendly people and get rid of her. 
I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sure the Drs are great but not the lady you first talk to when you open the door.
