On Saturday, October 29 I arrived shortly before opening. Staff asked if seniors were in the rather long line and I moved to a very short one. Upon opening I was immediately directed to a counter. Linda assisted me with my license renewal and also a permanent state ID. I waited about 5 minutes for the photos to be taken and was given the temporary copies. I received the permanent ones about 10 days later. Fellow seniors, you can't beat this for service - I was there 25 minutes total!

For a DMV location, not terrible. However the staff members I encountered were extremely poor at giving directions, and I had to ask several times for clarification on which line or waiting area I was to go to next, or even what to do with my written exam once I finished it. I saw a LOT of other people sort of wandering and looking confused as well, so it wasn't just me. & they are inconsistent regarding when they stop doing written & driving tests for the day so if you need to do either, make sure you are there as soon as they open.

I renewed my license and bought a plate sticker in less than thirty minutes, everyone was helpful, kind, and considerate I really appreciate their professionalism

Good experience for a first time visit, and on a Saturday morning. When I arrived there was a long line outside. However, it moved fast. From the wait to completion , it took a little less than 50 mins. Everyone showed excellent customer service skills. From the outside coordinator to the examiner. Only disappointment...I have to return to take my road test and it's too noisy when taking the Written exam. I know I could have faired much higher without the noise and distractions. I will return this Saturday for my road test.

I had Richard as a driving instructor he was so rude! He huffed and puffed the whole time.. he had an attitude out of this world. Super arrogant, do not go here for getting your license. Worse day and experience ever. There are receptions in the front who have attitudes as well.
