Here at Midlothian Self Storage we pride ourselves in providing a safe and secure facility for storing your valuable possessions. State of the art computerized security gates and 24 hour recorded video surveillance combine to offer you peace of mind. We are conveniently located on Hwy 67, 1 block north of Ninth Street and are easily accessible from any direction.
Our owners, Gary and Rick Roark, both Midlothian residents, bring 35 years of experience to the industry with the completion of their first complex in Duncanville in 1974.
When considering storage, we encourage you to shop and compare. A first hand visit to the facilities you consider is a smart idea, however, we are confident you will find our everyday low prices and first rate facility hard to beat.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I had a storage unit there for 13yrs, I gave them my credit card for them run ever month, a few years ago my credit card was compromised and the bank issued a new one, I forgot for two months about the storage unit. I went there to access my unit and the gate wouldn't open I called and they informed me I haven't paid. I gave them the new card and update my address and phone number at the time because the had the old ones. Fast forward to April 2016, my bank issued me a new cc with the chip, once again I forgot about the storage unit, but they where suppose to have my new address and phone number but I never received a phone call or a letter from them. I went up there yesterday and the gate wouldn't open, I realized that I hadn't update my cc, I called this morning and they informed me they sold my contents! I never received any notification from them or a phone call, come to find out they never changed the address or phone number like they where suppose too. I fully understand part of the blame is on me, but I gave them the new address and phone number and told them to call if the payment wasn't ever made, which they did not! They are suppose to call and send letters before any sale of property, they say the sent the letters to the old address and called the old number but I don't know if they did or not. They dropped the ball by not updating there records like they said they would when I was on the phone with them two years ago and now im screwed out of my family heirlooms! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I was told they would hold a unit for me then when I go up there to sign contract they have given to someone else. Then tell me because I didn't come in on July 3rd well hard too when they were closed and closed the next day I came when they were open and it had been given away. The least they could have done was called but no one called me so that is very poor business and customer service to me!!!!!

They broke the lock off my storage unit never called me or sent me a letter in the mail regarding what happen when I went to their location to replace the business I was informed that they relocated my stuff into a trailer unit the story changed three times in the mist of me trying to figure out what happened to my stuff I finally got my stuff and I'm still not sure if I have it all a horrible place to store your stuff in. And I still do not have in the lock
