Tried the vegan apple cinnamon cookie, and.. oh. My. God. It was awesome. Too often vegan cookies lack or have issues with texture, flavor, or consistency. Midnight Cookie Co's Apple Cinnamon cookie was like a apple pie and a snickerdoodle had a baby with all the best of both worlds. A slight crisp layer on the outside, with a beautiful chew, brings you all the love of an excellent snickerdoodle  with hints of apple flavor and the occasional bit of apple.  Honestly one of the best cookies I've had in years.  Dietary restrictions: Vegan

I got a cup of the worst coffee ever. So bad I had to dump it and go find a decent one. I think they ran the hot water through used grounds by mistake I left a review that was promptly addressed, telling me to email them. Which I did. Again, a prompt apology saying they would issue a refund , but it's been 2 weeks, and still no refund. Hmmmmmm!!

I ordered through Uber eats and I just wish I got them fresh out the oven because I think it would’ve tasted better. Next time I’ll just stop being lazy and go pick them up myself lol, overall they were good.

I got these cookies and honestly did not like them hardly any taste and very bland. I see why nobody was at the counter. For the price of them I was confused.Food: 2/5

It is fairly hidden in the Bellevue Square Mall it’s on the 3rd floor by the kids play zone! We made it up there and did not regret it! The cookies were delicious and the staff was friendly! The guy there even gave my dog a free treat. Awesome overall def recommend.

Unfortunately the location is on the top floor but well worth the visit because the cookies were great tasting and fresh. The staff member was extremely nice, including giving our dog a treat. Overall, it is a well priced and good quality cookie place.
