Froze my account at the end of October called today to restart it and it turns out the account was never froze and they want me to pay for the 2 months I didn't go + fees....uh no! The day I froze my account the lady "forgot" to turn on my bed so I had to get redressed to ask her to start it. To top it off, when I first started going there I went in a stand up bed and when I got out the room door was wide open and my purse was RIGHT there!!! I will be heading to second sun from now on! MUCH more knowledgeable staff and BY FAR better customer service!! I would highly suggest NOT going to midnight sun/sun tan city (they keep changing names) :-)

This company does not care about their customers. I made a mistake, moved away and still had a membership with them. I had to drive all the way back to a location to cancel it once I realized it. Not only was I not reimbursed for the time I did not use the services (which I accepted) but then they made me drive 5 hours through a snow storm so that I wouldn't get charged for an additional month. There are so many ways to verify a person, and canceling a membership should not require such verifications. Btw, after I got there, no ID was checked. Seriously? I drove all the way back to not pay for a service and nothing was even checked. I will never step foot in another midnight sun again, and you should think twice before getting a membership with them.
