Great experience so far. There was a mix up with my appointment but I am satisfied with how they handled it. Love the location, building, doctor and staff. I will be taking my dog again.

Very BAD experience there today. We went there for a heartworm test and a vaccination. The front desk (I think her name is Kelley) is very rude. Her eyes never left the computer screen and seemed very distracted. Not paying attention to the client and made your feel like you are just standing there like non-exist or air. Very disrespected to the customer. For the blood test, I don’t know if their staff were trained at all. They poke my dog twice to get the blood, and my dog screamed like crazy! My dog is never a baker, when he screams, he must be in a lot of pain. Worst of all, they didn’t seem to care at all. They didn’t comfort my dog - no words, no petting, treated my babe like a criminal. Ridiculously, after charging my credit card, Kelly even didn’t give me the receipt. I’d have to ask her to give me the copy of the receipt. And she gave a “F*** you” look on her face and went back to look on her computer. I mean come on, it is not difficult to remember to give your customer a receipt and you probably do that every day, YET you are too careless or maybe stupid to even do that right.

Dr. Lisa Youn is amazing, and so was the nurse on duty! I came in because I noticed redness in one eye that concerned me and some other little things, they made sure to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease! She got the proper treatment and medication and I left relieved to know she was in good hands and that she would be all better! Really wanted to make sure to give a shout out to the doctor who was just so nice and took the time to answer all of my questions!

As a long time client of Midtown vet, I can now officially say "i'm done". I used to always be greeted with a smile by the front staff, and always had a follow up call after my appointments. I've refereed them tens of thousands of dollars in business, b/c the vet care was always top notch, and I didn't mind spending the extra (extra) bucks at the clinic. I'm tired of being overcharged significantly for the services they provide. The only reason why I have had to go twice in the last week is b/c the new vet I have been using was flooded in hurricane Harvey, and I needed immediate vet care. The parking is the WORST, my car has been damaged several times pulling in and out of the "lot", maybe I should send them the bill this time. After spending 325 bucks today, I wasnt even able to talk to the vet. The new staff is computer illiterate, and I just wanted to leave so badly today after my car was damaged in there lot I ended up just throwing money at them so I could leave (no invoice, b/c new staff can't use a darn computer). NO MORE!

Very kind and knowledge staff. They helped us get through parvo with our little pup. Today at 51 pounds and 8 months, he's one very happy and healthy tiny mountain of awesome!
