I needed a minor repair done to a boot, the catch was that I needed it done ASAP as I was heading back out of town on business.  Jacob not on said he'd be glad to help, but he said that he would do it while I waited, as it was just a few stitches.  It took him about ten minutes to hand stitch the loose piece.  But he not only did that, but he restitched the other boot in the same spot for added reinforcement.  And his repairs were absolutely perfect - indistinguishable from a factory job, perhaps even better.  

Customer service could not be better.  It was my first time at his business but it won't be my last.  He has won a long term customer.

At his relatively young age, Jacob has learned all about customer service. It was a real joy to visit his shop. He pasted down the inserts in my shoes while I waited, smiling all the time. Then he didn't want to charge me much, so I upped his price. If you want good service at good prices visit this shop and say hi to Jacob.

This place is great! I walked in at 5 pm with a $200+ purse to see if they could restitch the handle. Was out in 15 minutes or so with less than $10 to pay. it was wonderful!

I got orthopedic work done at Midway shoe repair and Jacob does such a wonderful job. Polite, prompt and good workmanship. He even gave me a call after to see how things were working out for me.
