We went here to find some kids clothes. My husband went to use the bathroom and the lady by the dressing rooms/bathroom asked him why does he need to use the bathroom and then said no!! Really??? Would you rather people to piss on themselves in the store. He came and told me what happened, I parked our shopping cart and we left. I had found some nice items but due to Horrible customer service, we won’t be returning to this location!!

It's a Ross.  Dirty bathroom, stuff everywhere but the prices are right.  Only one person working the register and doing returns as well right before christmas???  Honestly only got the four stars because of the price.

Shelves is always low, closed to empty. Selection is very limited. The kids section is so small!! Cash register is slow, only 1 cashier. They even told the line of customers to remover the hangers so it could speed up the process which I understand but it means that they should get more cashiers if they are resorting to customers' labor. 
Most of the workers look moody and unfriendly. Especially the fitting room.
Had a very bad experience. Brought a pair of sneakers which was too tiny. It was a little dirty when i brought it but I didn't mind. I didn't try it on because I rarely find a shoe that don't fit. Now the so call manager refused to let me return it. That looked like it was the last pair in the store so that could mean that it has been there for some time. 
Well I brought it here like that but no, she claimed it wouldn't had been dirty like that, but the under sole was very very light pink!!! So yes it would be possible for it to not be completely clean with other people trying it on!!! So extremely dissatisfied. Will be contacting corporate. 
Do NOT recommend!! Never shopping here again.

I usually find whatever I need at Ross. Down side is the store has gotten extremely junky. The clothing aisles are ridiculously narrow.

Stock is always very low. Staff is not outright rude, but not very friendly. 1 register was open. customer wanted to see item in jewelry cabinet so asked supervisor who was by counter for help. She didn't even look him in the eye, just said "she'll help you" and jerked her head toward the one cashier who had a line of people. Don't understand how they can be making a profit.
