Midwest Home Services is a second generation, family owned and operated business. Initially built on traditional Chimney Sweeping and Duct Cleaning services, Midwest Home Services has since evolved into a full Property services, cleaning, repair, inspections and real estate company.

Our range of services includes, air duct cleaning, chimney inspections, chimney cleaning chimney repair and masonry repair,dryer vent cleaning, and commercial property maintenance services.

We hired this company for two projects and we've been very happy with their service. I hired MHS to handle a project for an aging family member back in Minneapolis. The process with wonderful, from the first consultation to the execution of the cleaning by their professional. They cleaned the fireplace and the furnace for my relative to like new status!

I have a rental property in Golden Valley in which I visit about 4 to 5 times a year ( I currently live in Miami). Whenever the tenants call me and warn me of some kind of problem, minor or major, I have my list of companies that I usually call to get the job done right, even though I am not there. I never had an issue with the chimney until 2 weeks ago when the tenants called me about it. Since I never had an issue, I never had to look for a company to fix it. I called a few but this one was by far the best customer service I received. They were able to go see the problem early the following day, they fixed it and the best part was that they communicated with me throughout the whole process. Prices are reasonable and got the job done right. I have added them to my "cheat companies list" for who to call in an emergency.

My furnace went out on my rental in Golden Valley. I thought that I was going to have to fly out and service it myself as my renters aren't the brightest bulbs in the bunch. We own an older home, and there's a few problems with it. Once we got Midwest Home Services out to look at our furnace, they let us know that it didn't need a full overhaul, but instead needed a furnace cleaning. While they were out, we also had them clean our air ducts, as that had not been done in about two years. Thankfully, everything was taken care of in just over a couple hours, and we were all set to go. Very happy with the services Midwest Home Services provided!

They never showed up for the appointment. They never called and when you call their office you just get a voice mail. Very disappointed.
