A previous reviewer (in 2010, perhaps) advised readers to stay away from Midwestone's online banking. My 2 cents: Firstly, I'd recommend this bank for the good customer service I received from it since 1999, as well as its role in the Iowa City community in general. Secondly, the web interface - at least in 2014- is functional, albeit no-frills and ripe for redesign. Thirdly, the management seems willing to listen to customer feedback. 
Unless you are particularly picky about online banking, your experience with this bank should be just as good as with any of the established local banks in Iowa City.

Absolutely stay away from Midwest One if you use a computer. Extremely primitive web site given to constant malfunction. You won't be able to access your information online without a struggle. Would have been a fine bank in 1985, I'm sure.
