Beware, Mighty Green Carpet is posting fake 5 star reviews for themselves, it's all this fake review campaign to fool people there is real customers but they're fake. You see Google Places is easy to post reviews, open an email account and leave a review, heck, why not open 15 of them, pretending to be all happy customers.

The problem is, Google doesn't have a filter system like Yelp does, so they use Google as a old loop hole to fool people. This is a sad way to do business by lying to people on fake customers, fake stories all to drum up business for people.

Don't buy this baloney sales tactic. If you want to use a service or hire any carpet cleaner or any businesses service, just stay away from the business with fake reviews. Trust me, customers just don't write up one review on one Google acct, I mean seriously, who are they trying to fool. Google is the worse place for fake reviews and it's very sad Google isn't doing anything about it.

My Aunt in California loves her dogs, but she's a single mother with lots of kids, and it gets (understandably) difficult to maintain a clean carpet. Stuff happens. I was visiting her when disaster struck her floor, in the form of one very rowdy, messy dog. The whole carpet kind of needed some loving..She was kind of fretting about it, the potential work load or the potential price, when I found this service with a quick Google search. VERY prompt service, incredibly friendly people, and a very satisfying job well done were what I found in these guys. I've had to help my Aunt like this a few times before, being kind of tech savvy. She's always so thankful, but I think what really surprised her this time was the price:quality ratio. The cleaning was so well done! The carpet, which previously looked kind of hopeless, now looks brand new. Very very happy with California Steam Clean.

They did not complete the job as they said they would. There was still hair all over the carpet after they cleaned it and the base board they said they cleaned was still filthy and had hair all over it. They also had a hose leak all over my newly pressure washed concrete driveway and didn't even bother to clean it up. When I called and told them about my issues they said they would be back within 24 hrs to make everything right. That was on 6/30/14 and they didn't show up twice giving notice about 10 mins before they were supposed to be there. They finally came back on 7/8/14 and were supposed to finish the job and I had given them a specific list of what they still needed to do and walked through it with them. I told them to call me as soon as they are finished so I can come back by and make sure everything is done and I got a text message an hour later saying that they did everything and had to leave on an emergency carpet cleaning job and that he spoke with my landlord and he was okay with everything he did. Well that was a complete lie...my landlord called him wondering where they went and if they were coming back because they left the garage open. The baseboards still were not cleaned, the carpet still had hair I had to vacuum up, and they didn't even rinse off the driveway so I had to do it all myself.

I think for the hassle I went through and the hours I wasted waiting for them when they didn't show up 2 times I shouldn't have to pay for the mediocre little work that was done. They also didn't complete the job on the day they were supposed to and then when they did return they still didn't finish the job, They also damaged the cement slab and even after pressure washing it again it didn't come completely off.

I am the stereotypical soccer mom with five children and two dogs, so naturally our carpet will get dirty from time to time. The dogs track things into the house and the kids also do their share of damage. I know that I need to have our carpet cleaned regularly, but I hesitated to do it in the past because a lot of carpet cleaners use toxic chemicals that are not safe for children or animals. A friend of mine recommended that I hire a "green" cleaning company and I happened to discover this company online via Google. In the end, Mighty Green responded to me very quickly and they did a great job. My carpet is clean and my family is still healthy and safe. Well done, Mighty Green!
