Be very cautious if you decide to use this brokerage. The agents are very careless and negligent with your new homes keys. They leave the keys under the door mat instead of in a lockbox which makes your home very vulnerable to a burglary. This is what happened to us. We were burglarized by someone that used a copy of the key to our “perfect” home that we had spent over a year looking for.  When questioned about this practice, their response was that we should have changed the locks to our new home. Just please be careful. We wouldn’t like to hear of this happening to another unsuspecting family.

Ray Mihara and Oscar Contreras broke record in Sunset Lakes POA by selling our home in less than 48 hours of MLS listing. Not only that, we love the buyer they brought to our doorstep. What is more impressive; they did it with my strict protocol of NO Open House, NO lock box, NO For Sale sign, and always be a chaperone to the buyers and their realtors on my property. Houses sit on the market at Sunset Lakes for months then the sellers (my neighbors) get tired of those other realtors and hire the Mihara & Associates team to sell the same property in days NOT months. I have been observing the Mihara Team for two years and during my research I've found that their results speak for themselves. Mihara & Associates have deep rooted ties throughout the Tampa Real Estate community and their proactive marketing techniques help sell houses in record time. Hire them now or sit for months to sell your property with the other realtors while you pay the carrying cost.

We had the pleasure of working with Raimonda Misiunas from Mihara & Associates, and it could not have been a better experience. Her assistance with the purchase of our new home was outstanding! We must have looked at 50 houses, and she was always available, also was excellent  at suggesting houses to meet our ever changing requirements.  We highly recommended her services.
