Excellent experience. Ray explained his process and then proceeded to do exactly what he described. From initial meeting to contract and the closing the entire sale took less than a month. His money estimates were right on and Ray was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone who wants a fast easy sale.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ray and Ksenia! I met with both of them to do a walk-through of the house I was selling in Logan Gate Village, Tampa, FL. They had been sending me mailers about activity in my neighborhood for years so I knew they were familiar with it. Yet, I was pleasantly surprised with the prep work they had done to prepare a comparative market analysis to help me understand what price we should list it for. 

As we moved forward with the process, I worked with Ksenia only and she consulted with Ray on everything that would be helped by his expertise. It worked out beautifully. They made this process easy on me, and took care of multiple things on my house that I didn't expect as we were prepping it for sale. I would highly recommend them for other sellers in the area.

Professional and perceptive - I don't know why anyone would give this man a bad review.  He just sold my house in Tampa and I live in Chicago.  He listened to me, understood my situation and provided me with the best advice.  The house was sold in two weeks, closed before the end of April 2017.  I highly recommend him, especially having a sales background myself.  Thank you, Mr. Mihara  ~Cristina
