Wasn't a good sales experience at all. Was looking for a new Nissan for my business. High pressure sales. Was even told by the sales manager if I wasn't buying today, that he was wasting "MY" time. Manager was rude and showed a major lack of people and customer service skills. Tried to sell me the vehicle for several thousand dollars more than they have it advertised on the internet. Was also given the wrong information as far as what the warranty was. Whether it was a straight-out lie or lack of knowledge. I don't know. I've been in the car business for over 8 years and dealt with dealerships all up and down the East Coast as a customer and as a service provider to dealerships. This one has to be the worst! If you don't go there with the intentions on buying that day. Don't bother. They will basically tell you to go away! In conclusion, I guess they just want to sell cars and get the money. They don't really care about the product nor do they care about the customer.

I went there this morning for a recall, had an appointment, and was told to see a specific person who was with another customer. I ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes, meanwhile there were 6 other employees sitting there doing nothing. I then had to answer the same questions over and over again, give them all my information which took them too long to enter into the computer, and wait another ten minutes for them to inspect the car. I was finally able to go wait inside the waiting room which is not impressive. After an hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room I was told my car was ready. I went outside to find it with no help on where to go, and the car they brought to the side wasn't even mine! I had to wait again for them to bring me the correct car. I definitely don't recommend coming here for service, waiting that long when you have an appointment and there are plenty of employees around doing nothing is not acceptable. The service department needs better management ASAP.

Service department is the worst I have ever experienced. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Scheduled an appointment for a recall on the air bag. Go to appointment and hear "oh, sorry we don't have the parts". Scheduled another appointment, go sit there for two hours and hear "you are all set to go". Airbag recall was so supposed to get complimentary oil change. So I am all set to go right. Week later I get an email saying "your parts are in call to schedule an appointment". So I call and ask "did you change my airbag and oil or not?". "Oh yes we did, must have just been a mistake." Even sent me an email verifying that they changed the airbag and oil. Great. I am all set right. No!!! Then I got a text message "your parts are in call to schedule an appointment". So I call again and ask did you change them or not? Answer...... "No we just looked at it". You looked at it!!!!!! For two hours!!!!!. So today, after wasting three days off from work and sitting in the waiting area for six hours, I get told "you are all set". Am I. I don't know. Guess I will wait a couple of weeks to see if I get an email or text message telling me that my parts are in. And just to add the icing to the cake, they charge me $60 to clean leaves out of the blower box. What a joke. Absolutely worthless. Don't trust that they actually fixed something when they say they did.

The body shop has been one of the worst experiences I have had as a consumer. I was fooled into believing that Geico’s express shop here at the dealership was the best thing to do for our vehicles repairs. They replaced the rear hatch in my wife’s Yukon and all they had to do was paint and install the new rear hatch. The first time we went to pick it up there was trash in the paint and a bunch of areas where the paint was scratched to the bare metal or sprayed too light so that you could see the metal. They promised to respray it and make it right. When we came back they didn’t respray anything but instead tried to touch it up with a brush which was ridiculously visible. Not only that but they only “fixed” one spot out of the 10 or more I pointed out. They marked all of the areas and sent me home without my car promising to fix it. Come back in to pick it up and all they did was glob on paint with a brush in all of the areas that were messed up. And in the process they damaged some of my plastic trim. At this point I was furious. The “repairs” to the new paint were clearly brushed on and visible and the paint wasn’t given enough time to dry before they closed the hatch so now the super thick areas where they globbed on paint were smashed in and had dirt all in them. John the supervisor yelled and argued with me about it and refused to take ownership for all of their crappy work. I told him to not raise his voice to me and that I am paying him to provide me a service. I said I was told this would be removed and completely resprayed and it wasn’t. Johns response was “who said we would respray it?” YOU DID!! I left again without my car and they said they would respray it. I come back and they had resprayed it but after spraying tried to cover up their crappy spray job with even more touch ups. And they put greasy black hand prints all over my roof liner when reinstalling my plastic trim. They also stripped all of the paint off of the bolts during installation and said the reason they didn’t repaint those was because I said I didn’t want anything touched up. I took my car even though it was still messed up because I was not going to let them mess it up further. This is a 70k car and I did not pay for visible touch ups because they don’t know how to take pride in their work and do the proper prep work. I would never recommend this place and anyone who is thinking about using this body shop should stay far away. If I wanted visible touch ups on a brand new part that only required a coat of paint I would have saved my money and did it myself. There were numerous customers complaining about their terrible work each time I was there too. Do not use this body shop.

Being a small business owner in the world today time is always money. Billy Stevens and the crew at Mike Erdman Nissan exercise that motto perfectly!!! Never a wait,always on a timely manner to get my six trucks in and out of service and back on the road!!! I wouldn't dare have any other dealership/mechanics work on my vehicles expect Mike Erdman Nissan!! Professional,Courteous,and Affordable!! Thanks for always caring about your local small businesses!! Five stars in my book!!!
