Zero stars if Google would let me. Would give negative stars if I could. Overall, this office has a generally bad attitude and is incompetent to boot. As you try and get a quote, just sit in awe at the inability to use a computer. The frustration will mount as you realize you can use the State Farm online system better than them ("click that, no, don't close it, no, reopen the window, stop clicking OK 6 times....etc"). Then, later on you will marvel at the inevitable call you get asking you to come in since they screwed something up. I like State Farm as a whole, but not this office. Insurance should be simple and straightforward. It shouldn't be high maintenance and time consuming, nor should they communicate as poorly (read: mean/nasty) to customers. Again, 0 stars. Stay away
