Steve and his agents/staff are SUPER helpful. After having a TERRIBLE experience with another local State Farm agency, who was not only overcharging us by over $2000 but also refusing to discuss any of this with us, Steve himself took 2 hours to sit down with me and go over each and every overcharge. He corrected all of our billing issues and saved us the $2000 that we were charged in error by the old agent. I recommend their team for any insurance need!! So so helpful! The world needs more down to earth and helpful agents, just like Steve and his staff.

Helpful staff and Steve is a very nice and down to earth individual. Always a good experience.

The staff is very rude and impolite.  They over charged me when I was changing my car and i spoke to an african american lady she was being very rude. She said she will call me but never did. When I called her back she said she was busy and had an appointment then slammed the phone on me highly unprofessional.
