The team at Mike Johns Imports are great.  I drive over an hour to have my BMW serviced at their shop.  They are very open, honest, and considerate to my needs.  They have serviced both my 3 and 7 series and have referred them to friends who are also happy and loyal customers.

These guys are on point with their knowledge, but more importantly, their integrity.  I’ve got an E46 with 220k on the clock, so I’ve spent a few dimes here and there at MJI, but my car runs like a dream.  I can turn a wrench on it as well, so they don’t have a problem giving me a part number so I can continue to do that when I have the desire.  If there’s not a ‘loaner’ car available, they’ll chauffeur me where I work and back, and it’s a good time to ride and talk with another person who has a passion with these cars.  I highly recommend MJI!

Very impressed with our experience at Mike John's Imports. All of the employees were extremely professional, kept me informed through every portion of the process and did a great job at explaining why the corrective actions needed to be taken along while explaining the root cause. This team knows their stuff.
