I am on my second car from Ritters. The owner has been great to me but also he is polite and kind to my mother. Any time I have had an issue he has dealt with me in the best way. I have had no problems with the dealership. I have needed help a couple of times and Nick has fully accommodated me. 5 STARS!

They tell you one thing and do another if you miss one payment there coming after your car and claim they are going out of business.. The car I bought every time it rained my floor boards were full of water

Rude, hard to work with liars. Told me $4500 cash would take a certain car home. Went and got the cash and my wife. Drove the car, found numerous issues, asked if $4500 was still bottom dollar and he said he wouldn't take less than $5000 and said I lied when I told Jim I'd pay $4500. I showed him the cash... Unbelievable!
