When my husband and I needed assistance with a legal matter a trusted friend of ours recommended Mr. Brad Hewitt of the Mike Kelly Law Firm.  From our first meeting with Mr. Hewitt, we were put completely at ease. As we explained our situation he listened very attentively, never making us feel rushed or that he had something else more important to do.  At our first meeting he explained what he could do for us and what to expect from the process we were about to begin.  Mr. Hewitt spoke candidly to us outlining the strengths and possible weaknesses of our case.  As things progressed he kept us informed where we were at each stage of the process.  Mr. Hewitt always made himself available to my husband and me when we had questions or when we needed to update him on things related to the case.  At each meeting we could tell Mr. Hewitt was knowledgeable and well versed in the law related to our situation.  He gave us possible scenarios that could arise as we moved forward with our case.  Ultimately our case was settled through mediation. I was nervous going into the mediation setting, but Mr. Hewitt was truly an advocate for us which put me at ease knowing he was watching out for our best interest.  However, after giving us his input, he always told us it was our decision to accept or reject what the opposing counsel was offering.  Even after the mediation session, the opposing counsel attempted to continue to control the situation.  Mr. Hewitt didn’t back down until satisfaction was obtained by me and my husband.  Should anyone have the need to seek legal representation we would highly recommend the Mike Kelly Law Firm and specifically Mr. Brad Hewitt.  I knew if we ever were in a situation where we needed further legal advise, Mr. Hewitt would be our first phone call.

If only I could give the Mike Kelly Law Group 10 stars!! This office has been incredible. I could not have asked for a better team to represent me during such a difficult time. Greta has been very accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough through this entire process and has done an excellent job in making such a painful process as "painless" as possible. I appreciate her constant communication and  her unwavering commitment to ensure that my best interest is met. I highly recommend Mike Kelly and his team if you are looking for a caring and compassionate attorney who will work hard for you.  You will be happy that you did.

They handled my case professionally and brilliantly. I want to give a special thanks to Jamie Smith, the attorney who handled my case personally; she made life easy for for me during that time of discomfort. I lost it when I heard my children were involved in an accident.  I call Mike Kelly Law Firm the following day.  I was relieved after they agreed to take my case.

Atty Steve V was thorough and professional in our 15 minute consultation. He explained the relevant law and made the next step clear. Unfortunately I don't have a solid case against the doers who wronged me, but in the future I'll be calling Mike Kelly's group in the event another bad incident occurs.
