I have had insurance with Mike for the past 4 years and counting. Handled all claims so far quickly and efficiently. If I have an issue or question with my policy there is always an agent who gets back to me within the business day to make sure everything is handled and I am covered.

I have had State Farm since i was a brand new 16 year old driver (now 38) and initially filed many claims (in the beginning). Never an issue, always professional and quick with the claims service!

My family has been with Mike since we moved from Texas in 2010. Great insurance agent. Highly Recommended!

After years with State Farm in Texas, I moved to IL and used Mike's office to handle the transfer. He ended up canceling my insurance, not telling me, leaving me as an uninsured driver in my own vehicle. Rather than owning and correcting his mistake, he went on the defense. I ended up having to go to State Farm corporate to fix the mistake. State Farm as an insurance provider is great... Mike as an agent, not great.
